Can it be possible to stop the ageing cell damage at the age of 90 years?

You can’t stop ageing at any point in life. Ageing is an irreversible process. It’s going on and on.

But don’t worry you can reduce its effects. But for that, you need to know why ageing happens.

What is the reign of ageing?

Ageing is an irreversible process. It happens when your body cells or tissues metabolic activity gets increased. We can’t stop cell metabolism. If we do then the cell can’t do any function or maybe die.

So we can only reduce the metabolic effect of cells.

There are some Oxidants that increase cell metabolism. If we don’t consume that product then we can reduce the effect of ageing.

There are some Oxidants that increase cell metabolism. If we don’t consume that product then we can reduce the effect of ageing.

These oxidants are:-

Examples of oxidants include:

hydrogen peroxide

ozone

nitric acid

sulfuric acid

oxygen

sodium perborate

nitrous oxide

potassium nitrate

sodium bismuthate

hypochlorite and household bleach

halogens such as Cl2 and F2

These oxidants are mainly present in all addictive food items like alcohol, Smoking, And fast food. So if we reduce consumption then the effect get slow.

After then you need Some Antioxidants Which help to repair your cell and increase cells life.

These Antioxidants are:-

Examples of antioxidants include

allium sulphur compounds – leeks, onions and garlic

anthocyanins – eggplant, grapes and berries

beta-carotene – pumpkin, mangoes, apricots, carrots, spinach and parsley

catechins – red wine and tea

copper – seafood, lean meat, milk and nuts

cryptoxanthins – red capsicum, pumpkin and mangoes

flavonoids – tea, green tea, citrus fruits, red wine, onion and apples

zinc – seafood, lean meat, milk and nuts

zoochemical – red meat, offal and fish. Also derived from the plants that animals eat.

If you replace your oxidant food items with antioxidants food items then you can reduce the effect of ageing at the age of 90s.

As well as if you perform some exercise then its also good for reducing ageing.
